Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or supplier/vendor management.
• Strong understanding of IT asset management principles, processes, and tools.
• Proficiency in managing contracts, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
• Experience with billing for one or more cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with IT asset management systems and software license management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of making informed decisions based on complex data.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to maintain relationships with suppliers.
• English level C1 or higher for effective communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and cloud subscriptions.
• Implement and enforce asset tracking procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset records.
• Coordinate the procurement of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and cloud services.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and address discrepancies.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with IT suppliers and vendors, including hardware and software providers.
• Generate reports on asset inventory, usage, and financials for management review.
