• 1+ years experience as a dental treatment coordinator required.
• Experience with oral surgery and periodontics preferred.
• Comfortable presenting dental information to patients.
• Licensed RDA preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with GP practices and support productivity.
• Review treatment plans and insurance verification with office staff and specialists.
• Correspond with patients, present treatments, and answer related questions.
• Implement changes and educate providers on revenue impact from denials.
• Demonstrate integrity and composure with patients and staff.
• Occasional in-person training to enhance services.
