Requirements:
  • Operationally focused with expertise in incident management.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in performance optimization.
  • 7+ years of experience with .NET Framework (C#).
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
  • Experience with incident ticketing/documentation tools like FreshDesk and Confluence.
  • Critical thinker capable of identifying system weaknesses.
  • Strong project management skills focused on scalability.
  • ITIL Service Management certification (or equivalent) is desired.
  • Experience with PowerBI, web scraping, or Golang is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide live operational support for multiple client software applications, monitoring services and alerts to detect critical failures.
  • Develop and maintain code to resolve production issues quickly.
  • Own and resolve incidents reported by clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform thorough root cause analyses.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach for detailed analyses and reports.
  • Conduct technical analyses of product deficiencies.
  • Develop and enhance monitoring systems to proactively detect issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on operational stability and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives that automate processes, improving operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate postmortem meetings, document findings, and assign action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
  • Lead and motivate project teams.
