Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas, specifically for net new logos.
  • Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential, with selling experience in other APAC markets preferred.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience using sales tools (LI, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Possesses operational and sales playbooks to navigate the sales cycle.
  • Previous sales hunting or SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and industry position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an Asian language is preferable.
Responsibilities:
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals including accurate close dates.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing as a hunter.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Present and deliver information efficiently to potential clients.
  • Proactively respond to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate internally with departments that support client processes.
  • Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
  • Design solutions to address the unique needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Self-generate leads through networking and cold calling.
