Requirements:

• Intrinsically motivated to own and drive core backend parts of a SaaS product.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with customer focus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, empowered to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• 6 or more years of experience as an engineer.
• Proficient in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js) and TypeScript.
• Experience in architecting and implementing APIs in production.
• Knowledge of best practices, principles, and patterns in engineering.
• Good understanding of distributed systems challenges.
• Experience with NoSQL databases in professional settings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and enhance existing ones ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Take end-to-end ownership following the you-build-it-you-run-it principle.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams while maintaining autonomy.
• Participate actively in ideations, planning sessions, and provide customer-focused solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code, following best practices and document key decisions.
