Requirements:

• 4-6 years of work experience in Human Resources.
• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to work in US Time Zones.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and with a globally distributed team.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data using Excel and Google tools.
• Effective navigation of different HR tools and platforms.
• Project management skills required.
• Pro-active, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide detailed, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Human Resources team with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support performance management and learning & development initiatives.
• Contribute to diversity, equity & inclusion programs and competency mapping.
• Oversee compensation management, global mobility, and employee engagement.
• Maintain payroll administration and compliance with employee benefits.
• Partner with HR team to improve HR policies and practices.
