Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA-related positions.
• At least 4 years of hands-on coding experience with test automation.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript, Java/Groovy, and/or Python.
• Ability to advocate for automated testing and determine which tests to automate.
• Capability to train colleagues on technical subjects.
• Ability to create structured and efficient test plans.
• Proficient in gaining support for ideas and proposals.
• Hands-on approach with a track record of delivering commitments.
• Experience in fast-paced technical environments.
• Familiarity working as part of Agile teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an integrated member of Agile teams and collaborate closely with developers and product managers.
• Participate actively in project planning activities and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to product quality.
• Increase API and UI test coverage based on feature requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain test tools and services.
• Analyze and stabilize daily automated test suite results.
• Execute automated, manual, and exploratory regression tests.
• Promote best practices related to quality and address product testability concerns.
