Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience producing social media content with a focus on vertical formats.
• Availability to produce a minimum of 3 posts per day.
• Experience editing videos for social platforms or social writing skills, depending on the platform.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and copy-edit social media posts daily and/or batched for scheduling.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the organization’s presence on different platforms.
• Leverage short text-based content to drive messaging and maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Oversee content scheduling and audience engagement strategies.
• Foster meaningful interactions with supporters through various engagement tactics.
• Implement strategies to grow the campaign’s following and increase reach.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices on social media.
