Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience producing social media content, particularly in vertical formats.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Director of Communications and execute a content strategy for the organization.
• Oversee and gather content from the digital team including graphic designers, video editors, and platform fellows.
• Organize and produce social media content to meet content goals and metrics.
• Manage social media accounts daily and seek out engagement opportunities.
• Execute a content strategy across all platforms aligning with campaign imperatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
