Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional interactive 3D software or games development experience (preferably using Unity engine).
• Fluency in C# with experience in memory and performance optimization in Unity.
• Experience with debugging and extending complex, multi-threaded systems.
• Experience shipping a multiplayer game across platforms.
• Experience with building systems for animation and real-time skinned meshes.

Responsibilities:

• Architect new systems that expand avatar capabilities and improve player experience.
• Collaborate closely with the art team and partner development teams.
• Evolve existing systems for usability and performance enhancements.
• Build open-sourced Blender tools for creator community.
• Document and share the creation process with the community.
• Review and maintain the existing code for avatar systems.
