Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product experiences.
• Experience designing and shipping applications or software.
• Ability to lead the creation of design systems and component libraries.
• At least 3 years of experience in product design across at least 2 companies.
• Expertise in modern product design software such as Figma/Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the user experience of a product from conception to launch.
• Develop a clear product vision and refine product strategy based on user needs.
• Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design end-to-end user flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
• Analyze competitive landscape to understand industry trends.
• Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and engineers to create features and solve UX/UI problems.
• Understand client journeys and build software for optimal experiences.
• Develop and implement scaling processes including prioritization and writing PRDs.
