Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Certification in AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Jenkins Engineer.
• Minimum 3+ years hands on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Inquisitive and passionate about learning.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to AWS services and infrastructure.
