Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment or within the PR/marketing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter mentality and a passion for driving new business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools.
- Knowledge of the PR, marketing, or advertising industry is a plus.
- Experience with cold calling is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Conducting high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their PR needs and how our client's services can help them achieve their goals.
- Scheduling discovery calls and demos with prospective clients for the sales team.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and improve lead generation efforts.
- Maintaining an up-to-date and organized pipeline using our CRM system, tracking all communication and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Participating in ongoing sales training and development programs to continuously hone your skills and stay current with industry trends.
