Requirements:
  • Willingness to make 150-250 outbound calls per day to engage with prospects and clients.
  • Strong sales mentality with a focus on achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work remotely in an environment with little to no distractions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to think critically and proactively develop strategies for studio growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute effectively to a remote team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Account Manager in managing accounts and ensuring the success of boutique fitness studios.
  • Build positive relationships with studio owners to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain daily activity quotas for outbound calls, emails, and lead management.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as Gross Sales, Leads Added, Memberships Sold, and Conversion Rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and daily quotas for bookings, sales, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with SAM to develop strategies for studio growth and improvement.
  • Ensure email/text blast forms are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track and report bad studio leads for analysis and improvement.
  • Provide daily support for lead management and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with SAM and senior management, providing feedback and insights on studio performance.
