Responsibilities:

• Assess consultant needs from client contracts and manage client kick-off meetings.
• Coordinate resource requirements for onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation.
• Hire, train, and manage team members while tracking progress across client programs.
• Ensure client relationships are maintained and compliance with service agreements.
• Monitor service delivery and manage risks across multiple programs.
