• Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, ensuring accuracy of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review and reconcile payroll accounts for data integrity.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory payments like CPF and taxes.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
