Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably native English speakers or those with a neutral accent.
• Ability to manage multiple customer moods through voice modulation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to maintain work ethics in a remote role.
• Commitment to 50 hours a week in the UK Hour Shift, including daily training and coaching.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Dubai or the GCC Region with a valid resident visa preferred.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sales & Marketing is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships leading to positive closures.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Continuously develop the clientele and focus on tracking potential leads.
• Analyze and select the right leads through a situational approach for convincing potential customers.
