Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Experience with project management and budgeting for training initiatives is a plus.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing the strategy and vision of technical development for the service organization.
  • Partner with business leads to align training programs with critical business priorities.
  • Design engaging training materials including presentations and multimedia resources.
  • Drive improvement in technical competencies through training and mentorships.
  • Deliver training through various formats like instructor-led classes and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness via participant feedback and metrics.
  • Maintain training records and manage relationships with external training vendors.
