Requirements:

• Masters level therapists independently licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• 1+ years of independent clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices.
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating it into clinical care.
• Must not be opted out of Medicare.
• Passionate about providing mental health services to children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children aged 0-14, parents, and families.
• Conduct evidence-based interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Child and Family Psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation using the platform for each patient including intake notes and treatment plans.
• Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting.
