Requirements:

• Masters level therapists independently licensed in Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT).
• 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices.
• Comfortable with technology and incorporating tech solutions into clinical care.
• Must not be opted out of Medicare.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14, parents, and families.
• Conduct evidence-based interventions including CBT, Exposure Therapy, PMT, PCIT, and CPP.
• Complete clinical documentation for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting.
