Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in large enterprise software sales
- Proven track record in managing complex prospect and client relationships in enterprise environments
- Strong ability to present compelling action plans backed by data and client insights
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Background in human capital technology and knowledge of the APAC market (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and retain top sales talent
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
Responsibilities:
- Execute Degreed’s GTM strategy in APAC, driving revenue growth through direct sales and account management
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and renewal targets
- Build and scale a high-performing, diverse sales team to meet aggressive growth objectives
- Carry personal and team quotas while expanding Degreed’s market presence in APAC
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring client success is at the core of sales strategies
- Drive strategic account planning and engagement with prospects and existing customers
- Develop and execute a strategic APAC business plan, aligning with global revenue goals
- Monitor and manage pipeline activity, ensuring accurate sales forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with global objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients in the APAC market
