• No previous recruitment experience required.
• It Would Be Great If You Also Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in additional languages like French or Tunisian Arabic.
• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
• A strong professional network or interest in networking.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and assessing potential candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication.
• Actively source local and international talent using various platforms and tools.
• Support the development and revision of job descriptions and specifications for selected positions.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and open positions.
• Provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience through proactive, timely communication and empathetic interactions.
