Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management, or completion of a five-year electrical apprenticeship program.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Estimating, Cost-Control, and/or Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Solid communication skills and positive initiative.
• Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and multitask with tact.

Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work.
• Review proposed specifications and drawings for estimating.
• Gather quotes, print drawings, and conduct take-off estimating.
• Interact professionally with customers and contractors.
• Provide Construction Services with CAD drawings and assist with shop drawings.
• Offer technical assistance regarding drawings and construction methods.
• Communicate with Project Managers on various tasks and manage estimating changes.
