• Familiarity with the PRA and FCA’s regulations around operational resilience.
• Strong operational resilience capabilities.
• Focus on outcomes with processes as a means to achieve them.
• Experience working with technology teams and understanding their language.
• Experience with vendor selection, particularly regarding third parties contributing to business services.
• Curiosity, empathy, and commitment to clear communication.

Responsibilities:

• Developing existing processes and designing new operational resilience practices.
• Delivering operational excellence and reliability through human processes and technology.
• Building out an effective operational resilience framework.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Developing and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Owning the third-party register and embedding operational resilience in third-party management.
• Working closely with teams across the company to promote a resilience mindset.
