Onboarding Associate

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience prioritizing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required; NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
• Ownership of issues and follow-through to resolution.
• Capability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries.
• Communicate with M&A attorneys for post-closing follow-ups.
• Perform wire callback verification.
• Track transactions and assist with agreements.
• Onboard new deals by uploading M&A documents.
• Collect fees and funding from M&A closings.
• Respond to client inquiries post-close.
• Facilitate special onboarding projects.
• Assist internal teams with deal-related tasks.
• Complete reconciliations between systems.
• Compile, analyze, and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal groups on fees and wires.
