Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
• Experience managing projects related to HPC and web software.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) is a plus.
• Coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables for HPC projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate team schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders including researchers and engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks for reliable execution.
• Communicate updates and risks effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize requirements and allocate resources.
• Ensure projects meet performance standards and industry requirements.
• Implement process improvements for better project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
