Requirements:

• Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes.
• Ability to manage a large lead base through intensive follow-up.
• No senior living industry experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced industry to assist families in finding senior living solutions remotely.
• Make outbound calls to families to follow up and provide support throughout their search process.
• Serve as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
