Mental health Therapist (Part-time, Evening Hours)

Requirements:

• Licensed in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+).
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Willingness to pursue cross-licensing in other states, supported by the company.
• Availability to see clients during evening hours (4 pm to 9 pm), with 8 to 24 hours per week.
• Proficient with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 to track client progress.
• Experience using an electronic health/medical record system for documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using various modalities.
• Conduct consult appointments with new clients to facilitate quality assessments and therapist matching.
• Utilize data to enhance personalized treatment plans and adjust based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as necessary and make appropriate referrals.
• Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
