Requirements:

• 7+ years of Marketplaces experience in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience managing 8-9 figure budgets on Amazon.
• Experience launching and growing brands on new marketplaces.
• Preferred experience growing brands in international marketplaces.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and independent.
• Experience managing omni-channel businesses.
• Comfortable operating in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop, and motivate internal team members and external partners.
• Own Marketplaces strategy, execution and P&L delivery.
• Design a fit for purpose omnichannel operating model with KPIs.
• Manage existing channels under $40m across major marketplaces.
• Identify, prioritize, negotiate, and launch new online channels.
• Grow marketplaces P&L internationally.
