Demand Planning Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in demand/production planning.
• Relevant S&OP or supply chain experience preferred.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with omni-channel and e-commerce business models.
• Strong retail math skills, including inventory productivity measures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage in-season forecasting to achieve KPIs including sales and inventory health.
• Analyze inventory metrics to identify stock issues and adjust safety stock levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align inventory with financial and operational goals.
• Oversee daily inventory management and conduct regular audits.
• Support purchasing and allocation with data-driven reporting.
• Manage replenishment strategies and maintain vendor communication.
