Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle business development or sales role.
• Strong understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
• Background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
• Consultative sales approach with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute action plans for strategic accounts to enhance business relationships.
• Manage the entire user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations.
• Assist clients in achieving success and engage in high-level discussions across various organizational tiers.
• Lead and coordinate deals independently, ensuring successful closure by collaborating with relevant departments.
