Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading sales or account management teams with a proven track record.
  • Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments, ideally with Enterprise companies.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience previously dealing with Enterprise organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort interacting with C-level executives, especially CTOs.

  • Ensure team exceeds goals in new business, upsell, renewals, retention, and activation.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture and optimize systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Create forecasts, analyze performance data, and manage daily activities of Account Managers.
  • Build dashboards in Salesforce to monitor performance and customer success.
  • Hire and train new Account Executives quickly on various aspects of their roles.
  • Coach team on sales skills and lead enablement.

  • Provide Samsung sales management and support teams with weekly sales and activity results and updated sales forecasts. Ensure forecasts are consolidated on a 120-day rolling basis.
  • Maintain and provide business trends and competitive strategies.
  • Work with the channel sales organization to identify the most suitable partners to deliver Samsung products and services to end customers, ensuring a positive and consistent and customer experience.
  • Achieve assigned quarterly and yearly sales quotas as well as specific quarterly MBO's.
  • Execute new and leading strategies designed to achieve corporate sales objectives.
