Requirements:

• Skilled in implementing and maintaining Mobile Device Management (Intune, Mosyle).
• Expertise in workflow/process automation (Tines, Automation for Jira).
• Experience with SSO setup and integration including SCIM.
• Proficient in Software Asset Management (Flexera).
• Experienced in SaaS platform management (Slack, Miro, Team Retro, Thoughtspot, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management (Google Workspace and Azure Entra ID).
• Experience with application control through allowlisting.
• Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response and SIEM (Ninja One, Crowdstrike).
• Skilled in Issue and Project Tracking (Jira, Jira Service Management).
• Familiarity with Cyber Asset and Attack Surface Management (Wiz, Axion).
• Fluent in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).
• Analytical mindset and strong systems thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing best practices and strategies for device and Google Workspace administration tasks.
• Developing standards and processes for product uniformity and quality.
• Documenting and improving internal user experience through feature deployment.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting device management and Google Workspace platforms.
• Collaborating with technology teams on identity and security capabilities.
• Updating and maintaining security policies, enforcing application and patch management.
