Requirements:

• Skilled in implementing and maintaining Mobile Device Management (Intune, Mosyle).
• Proficient in optimizing Workflow/process automation (Tines, Automation for Jira).
• Experience with SSO setup and integration including SCIM.
• Knowledge in Software Asset Management Administration (Flexera).
• Experienced in SaaS platform management (Slack, Miro, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management (Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID).
• Experience with Allowlisting and Endpoint Detection Response tools (Ninja One, Crowdstrike).
• Fluent in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell.

Responsibilities:

• Implement best practices and strategies for device and Google Workspace administration.
• Develop repeatable standards and processes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Document, deploy, and improve features for better internal user experience.
• Manage device and Google Workspace platforms including maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate identity and security capabilities.
