Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology; Master’s a plus.
• 5 – 10 + years of experience configuring Workday HCM.
• Experience supporting related Workday products including Learning, Benefits, Prism, and/or Compensation.
• Knowledge of Workday security framework.
• Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades.
• Experience working with HR, Finance, IT business leaders.
• Experience managing others and offshore-based employees.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining a feature backlog for Workday HCM, Financials, and Salesforce.com.
• Onboarding new firms onto Workday and Salesforce.com.
• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with licensing.
• Partnering with technology leaders to ensure integrations with practice management tools.
