• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of accounting workflows and AI tool development in this space.
• Proven experience leading AI projects and influencing business strategy.
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Fostering effective communication and alignment with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Influence Ascend’s AI strategy in collaboration with EPD leadership.
• Identify transformation opportunities in the accounting industry.
• Develop hypotheses for ML and LLM experiments based on customer research.
• Recommend product strategies to enhance operating margins.
• Guide the product management team through the product development lifecycle.
• Craft a 12-month roadmap and hire necessary team members.
• Provide autonomy to product managers while ensuring roadmap cohesiveness.
• Work with AI Solutions Architect to prioritize ML and LLM experiments.
• Establish mechanisms for product launches and post-launch monitoring.
• Communicate outcomes and recommend necessary pivots.
• Ensure detailed inputs for successful productization.
• Liaise with engineering leaders to align priorities.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership regarding product vision.
