Requirements:

• No previous experience in entrepreneurship or startup ideas is required.
• Candidates should be employees, fresh graduates, or graduating students seriously considering founding a business.
• Founders seeking a reset from current obligations are also welcome.
• Candidates must be open to learning to manage uncertainty and complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Participants engage in a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) to reflect on their personal background and career decisions.
• The process includes discussions with a Reapra supporter and possibly others to provide guidance.
• Outcome aims to help participants establish a profitable, financially sustainable business that addresses systemic issues.
