• Experience with platforms like Google workspace, Slack, Canva, and Adobe; design skills are a bonus.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Good time management and critical thinking skills.
• Self-starter with a desire for independence and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop, execute, and update systems to enhance founder sourcing quality in Malaysia.
• Organize events and meetings with potential candidates.
• Own and execute tasks related to new systems.
• Start and manage communities using Reapra frameworks.
• Support PR, marketing, and market outreach activities, including content creation and digital posting.
• Collaborate with the main team in Singapore and other stakeholders.
