Responsibilities:

• Go through a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) before being considered for investment.
• Engage in deeper discourse and reflection on personal background related to career decisions.
• Participate alongside a Reapra Supporter and contribute to discussions that may involve other Reapra members.
