Requirements:

• No prior experience is needed, making it accessible to various candidates.
• No startup ideas are required; applicants are encouraged to focus on the program rather than their own ideas.
• Candidates must be in Indonesia and include employees, fresh graduates, or founders seeking a reset in their entrepreneurial journey.
• Open-mindedness towards learning new long-term problem-solving methods is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) process to reflect on personal background and career aspirations.
• Participate for an estimated duration of 3 months or more, with a commitment of 1-2 hours per week, either in person or online.
• Receive support from a Reapra Supporter and additional team members for discussion and guidance.
• Possibility of investment at a Pre-Seed Round starting at SGD 50,000 based on participation and outcomes.
