Product Manager – GL

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in accounting, specifically in Product Management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record.
• Exceptional client-handling skills.
• Experience with the General Ledger module.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and T-SQL is advantageous.
• Experience in a software company is preferred.
• Background in implementation practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Software product development specifically for the General Ledger module.
• Gather, understand, and document customers' business needs.
• Create functional and technical designs, provide effort estimates, and draft Statement of Work.
• Guide teams to complete development per requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers for software integration.
• Ensure proper documentation and training materials are created and updated.
• Train new team members and onboard them for new features.
• Engage with customers for feedback to commercialize new products.
• Take ownership of product quality and manage customer support issues.
• Embrace Continuous Improvement in product management.
