Requirements:

• Five (5) years in a role requiring relationship development with healthcare providers.
• Two or more (2+) years of experience managing a small team or in a player-coach role.
• Knowledge and experience in managing value-based contracts and provider relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for reporting and case tracking.
• Strong presentation skills for clinical and financial data.
• Ability to build relationships across various organizational levels.
• Professionalism, teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational support skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities:

• Assume accountability for key provider relationships and manage a small team of provider relations executives and associates.
• Ensure timely and effective internal and external communication, resolving issues related to providers.
• Troubleshoot and address escalated provider matters from direct reports.
• Manage reports via Salesforce for case closures and performance tracking.
• Support department strategies and assist in resolving billing errors.
• Act as a contact point for ongoing meetings with providers.
• Lead provider profile development and implementation of new contracts.
• Communicate Transcarent initiatives and maintain key partner relationships.
