Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified in Infectious Disease.
• Candidates should hold an active license with the Interstate Compact or licensure in Wisconsin and Texas.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience is required.
• Availability of at least two hours per month is necessary to fulfill the outpatient tele-clinic responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Telemedicine Consults/E-Consults/Curbside Consults.
• Provide inpatient E-Consults with potential future Tele-Consult services.
• Maintain communication with referring healthcare providers.
• Meet the minimum availability requirement of two hours each month to run outpatient tele-clinic.
