- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Gynecology.
- Minimum of 2 years of current and consecutive practice experience as an MD/DO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
- Strong 'webside manner' and ability to provide evidence-based care.
- Strong computer skills, including ability to navigate multiple screens.
- Experience using text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
- An active state license in California.
- Hospital privileges in California strongly preferred.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Engage in preventative care and health promotion to enhance patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week on the EMR conducting consults and providing medical guidance.
