• Excited about Neptune's mission and working with leading AI advancement teams.
• Experience building scalable and automated ML/AI systems.
• Deep knowledge of training and fine-tuning foundational models.
• Familiarity with various Machine Learning and Data Science tools.
• Proficient in coding languages such as Python.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Pre-Sales roles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical discovery process to align Neptune’s capabilities with AI/ML research team needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations for teams training and fine-tuning foundational models.
• Lead architectural reviews to showcase Neptune’s compatibility.
• Guide smooth integration of Neptune into existing LLMOps stacks.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers for successful onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with technical influencers in AI research.
