Requirements:

• Ability to think through end-to-end projects (complex product thinking).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Framer, or Sketch.
• Understands how to use and contribute to large design systems.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end UX of core flows.
• Build low to high fidelity prototypes across a range of touchpoints.
• Polish UI details including visual, interaction, haptics, sound, motion, etc.
• Deliver assets such as icons, illustrations, and videos.
• Pair with engineers to build the UI.
• Collaborate with researchers in testing multiple options.
• Work with content writers on content strategy and design.
• Contribute to the design system.
• Pitch product ideas for next generation entrepreneurs.
