Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience within the iGaming space, ideally as a CRM Coordinator within a Casino/Product team.
  • Good understanding of online casino operations.
  • Technology savvy, especially with CRM and CMS tools.
  • Knowledgeable and willing to stay updated with industry changes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Structured approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated.
  • High learning drive.
Responsibilities:
  • Request and coordinate creative assets for teams and partners.
  • Assist new clients during the onboarding process with promotional templates.
  • Assist with integration of new suppliers and clients.
  • Provide training for segments, bonuses, and campaigns in the Backoffice and CMS.
  • Support teams and partners with content-related tasks.
  • Ensure Promotions work is documented and visible to stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement, analyze, and optimize all CRM journeys.
  • Support setting up new player journeys on the e-marketing tool.
  • Assist clients with setup and optimization of segments, bonuses, and campaigns.
