Requirements:

• Active bar license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience.
• A JD degree from a top, ABA accredited law school.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting the initial factual investigation into class, collective, representative, and complex litigation matters by collecting and reviewing key documents.
• Drafting answers, corporate disclosure, removal documents, initial disclosures, and additional legal documents in various jurisdictions.
• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
• Preparing a full evaluation of the case based on client needs, including assessing client policies and analyzing claims and defenses.
• Acting as the liaison between teams to identify the need for additional team members.
