• Ability to work remotely with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate property losses to determine subrogation potential in California and other states.
• Interact with clients and experts.
• Handle all aspects of litigation in state and federal court including filing complaints, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial.
