Sr. Product Manager - Growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS startups or scale-ups, with hands-on PLG experience.
• Proven success in driving growth through self-serve product initiatives and user-centric design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience in go-to-market strategies for product launches, especially prioritizing in-product marketing.
• Proven ability in managing partnerships and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with API integration and the technical aspects of building and maintaining integrations.
• Preferred: Experience with mobile product management and Business Travel/Events/Meetings SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a PLG strategy focusing on user acquisition, activation, and expansion through product experiences.
• Optimize onboarding and foster in-product discovery, creating self-serve experiences to increase user engagement.
• Conduct market and user research to identify pain points and refine product decisions based on data.
• Lead A/B testing and rapid experimentation to enhance product features and user retention.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to launch impactful features.
• Monitor key PLG metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Enhance the user journey to ensure an intuitive experience and quick value realization.
• Stay updated on PLG and SaaS trends to identify new product opportunities.
